I was board at work yesterday so decided to browse a few weight loss blogs to get some ideas or insperation from other bloggers. Well while I was browsing I ran into one blog (I'm not going to name it), and she had "Thinsperation" pictures. When I saw some of the pictures I was a little confuessed as to why somebody would want to be that skinny. Anyway here is some of the pictures that she posted; to the credit of some of these celebraties they are not this skinny anymore.

Nicole Richie: went from thick to stick thin; now she looks to be at a healthy weight.

Lindsay Lohan: she was fine the way she looked before in her teenage years, but she decided to stick thin also. She has also put on weight after this picture.

Chanel Iman: In her defense she said she is trying to gain weight by eating steak and potato diet (don't we all wish we were that lucky)

 I myself have "thinsperations" but nothing this drastic; is this what some girls think is sexy now; what are your thoughts on this?

Coming Soon: Read Your Labels

Hi all I just wanted to check in with everyone; I know I have neglected my blog. But I am back and 4 pound lighter. I am happy with any weight loss, but I'm tired of this 1-2 pounds a week weight loss. I know I know 1-2 pounds of weight loss is healthy weight loss, but I'm tired of being fat.

Well anyway my next post is going to be about reading your food and drink labels. Not everything that you think is healthy really is. So I'm going to show you some foods that are not so good for you most likely tomorrow, but if not it will be some time soon.

Oh and I will take some more pictures of myself in the bikini most likely by Friday; well until next time everyone.

Me in My Bikini

     This is me in a bikini; don't I look sexy? (lol) Any way as you can see I'm nowhere near ready to go out in public in a bikini. I thought I would be ready for a bikini by my birthday (September 6th). But by the looks of things I might not be ready till next year. FYI I would have did a back shot of me, but my whole butt was basically out.

    Also for your viewing pleasure are a pair of jeans that I could fit into; I believe in 2004. As you can see I can't get them over my hips (I know my butt isn't the problem because it's basically nonexistent. As everyone can see I have a whole lot of work ahead of me to get to my 145 pounds goal, but I am up for the challenge. Well until next time all; I promise I will post more often about this crazy journey of mine.

Things I've Been Eating This Week

In the morning I eat Raisin Bran Crunch with fat free milk it's 320 calories and it's filling, and in my opinion it tastes better then regular Raisin Bran. Just make sure you eat the serving size which is 1 cup of cereal and 1/2 cup of milk.

At lunch I eat a turkey bologna with fat free cheese and whole wheat bread; I eat it with mustard and NO mayonnaise.

For dinner I have 4 ounces of chicken breast or turkey ground with some vegetables. This usually comes up to about 900 calories a day. I know that sound like a lot of calories, but my weight loss has plateaued, so I figured I'd cut more calories out of my diet. So far I think I lost 5 pounds since I started this diet (Sunday); Pray for me.

My First Bikini

Sorry for the lack of posts, but I've been pretty busy lately. So I know I said I was going to post a picture of myself in a bikini last Monday, but do you know how hard it is to find a bikini for somebody that wears a size H bra? I did find a bikini at Target; a yellow polka dot bikini to be exact. I look horrible in the bikini of course, and I almost don’t want to show the public my cellulite and stretch marks, but this is all for motivation right? My weight loss journey since the last time I posted has been disappointing. I just feel that since I have been dieting and working out 5 days a week for 3 hours a day I feel like I should be losing more weight then just 1 pound a week. My next post is going to be about what I've been eating lately.

    Before I go any further into this post I just want to let everyone know that I am NOT gay (there's nothing wrong with being gay of course); I do love men very much. Actually I have a boyfriend I might mention him from time to time, but not much. Anyway this post is about what I inspire to look like; basically what I want to look like once I lose my weight. By NO means do I want to be stick thin; I still want my curves and lets face it my boobies are going nowhere. So what I did was pick some women that are kind of shaped like me in a way.

First is Catya (from the BGC) I picked her because she big bobbies like me

Next is JLo she's not really shaped like me but she just had two kids and looks great!

3rd is Kim K I love this girl, and I would kill for that stomach 

Last but not least the boss of all bosses Beyonce. Do I even need to say why I picked her?

That is the end of my post. I haven't had a chance to buy a bikini online yet because I haven't found any that don't look like granny swimsuits. If anyone knows any websites that has bikini's for women with big boobies let me know; I would greatly appreciate it. Once again have a good weekend everybody I'll post again later.

Week 1 pictures EEEKK!!!!!

I took these pictures of myself last night before I hit the gym. I almost didn’t post these pictures because they are pretty embarrassing, but after thinking for awhile I decided to post them because this is going to motivate me to lose this weight. Anyway, this is 198 pounds (gross isn’t it) in bikini bottoms and a bra. I’m going to buy a bikini online because its hard for me to find bikini tops that can fit because I wear a size 38 H.
Like I said earlier I went to the gym last night; I usually go to the gym Monday- Friday for 2 ½- 3 hours. I do an hour of cardio and the rest of the time I do circuit training. It’s been kind of hard going to the gym five days a week because I just started a new job, and my hours are 9-6. So when I get off I have to fix dinner for my son, help him with his homework, clean up, try to do some laundry, put my son to bed, and by that time its 9:00 pm and I’m exhausted. But I have still been going to the gym at the least four times a week. So pray for me that I won’t pass out from exhaustion from my crazy schedule.
So let me touch on what this blog is going to be about; of course it’s going to be about my weight loss, but I will discuss other things besides that. I’m not exactly sure yet (lol), but I will talk about other things. A little bit about me: I’m Jessica; I’m from Oakland, CA. I have an eight year old son, I love sports, and I love to go shopping. I know I sound kind of shallow, but I enjoy others things also I just can’t think of them right now.
            Well I’m going to try my hardest to take pictures of myself every week in my bikini to show my progress, and I’ll also post other things that are not just about my new lifestyle change. Well have a great weekend all and I’ll post something (hopefully) Monday.
